BADGER FOREST SCHOOL
and outdoor learning

Connecting people with nature and each other

Badger Cubs (Parent toddler)

Forest School leaders: Claire, Julie and Kelly

Badger Cubs is a parent toddler forest school and outdoor learning session based at Cardinham woods, Bodmin. It is designed for children up to 5 years old and their families.

The sessions are on Monday and Wednesday mornings 10-11.30 am. We will be learning about our new woodland setting, meeting new friends and learning to play together through a variety of games and activities. We have a campfire most weeks, where children and their families will learn how to use a flint and steel to light the fire.

We cook and eat a variety of delicious recipes which we plan in week one. These sessions are pre-paid for at £7 per weeks per child (discounts for siblings). The sessions are usually 6-8 week blocks. We keep the same groups to allow the group to get to know each other and feel confident in the setting. It allows them consistency and to develop relationships.  We offer places to existing members first and then invite people to join from our waiting list and on our Facebook pages.
